AEROBICS AND KEEP FIT  

 

AEROBICS


The objective of these classes is to improve the general level of physical condition through exercises carried out to the rhythm of music, with a variety of choreographies. This activity, which takes place in the Sant Narcís centre on a flexible timetable from Monday to Friday, is aimed at an age group of 14 and above. The monthly fee enables subscribers to also take part in classes of funky, stepping, power dumbbell and keep-fit aerobics in the same centre. All sessions are directed by professional staff.


STEP AEROBICS

Classes suitable for those interested in getting into shape, burning calories and enjoying aerobics in a different way, with low impact on the joints. Step aerobics involves a consistent cardiovascular activity, continually and rhythmically stepping up and down from a platform in time to music. The classes, which take place in the Sant Narcís centre from Monday to Friday, follow a flexible timetable, and are aimed at an age group of 14 and above. The monthly fee enables subscribers to also take part in classes of funky, normal aerobics, power dumbbell and keep-fit aerobics in the same centre. All sessions are directed by professional staff.

POWER DUMBELL AEROBICS


Fitness sessions which take place in the aerobics hall and are aimed at those who want to get in shape using a method which is different and fun. This activity increases muscle endurance and strength, joint and posture stability, improving muscle tone and reducing fat: a practical way to discover the benefits of training with weights. The classes, which take place in the Sant Narcís centre from Monday to Friday, follow a flexible timetable and are aimed at an age group of 14 and above. The monthly fee enables subscribers to also take part in classes of funky, steps, normal aerobics and keep-fit aerobics in the same centre. All sessions are directed by professional staff.

FUNKY AEROBICS

These classes introduce movements of funky dancing, a modern, fun activity which incorporates choreographic dance sessions. This method develops cardiovascular endurance, co-ordination, balance, flexibility and rhythm. The classes, which take place in the Sant Narcís centre from Monday to Friday, follow a flexible timetable and are aimed at two groups;14 years and over, and up to 13. The monthly fee enables subscribers of 14 and over to also take part in classes of steps, normal aerobics and keep-fit aerobics in the same centre. All sessions are directed by professional staff.

KEEP FIT AEROBICS

This activity seeks to improve cardiovascular stamina, strength, and muscle stamina and flexibility, toning legs, arms, gluteus maximus, abdominal muscles etc. The classes, which take place in the Sant Narcís centre from Monday to Friday, follow a flexible timetable, and are aimed at an age group of 14 and above. The monthly fee enables subscribers to also take part in classes of funky, normal aerobics, step, power dumbbell and keep-fit aerobics in the same centre. All sessions are directed by professional staff.

KEEP FIT FOR SENIORS

These are classes specifically for seniors, in which we try to slow down, or avoid (as much as we can) the natural aging process by working on aerobic stamina, muscular strength and flexibility etc. This activity is also excellent for improving your social life. Keep fit for seniors takes place in the Sant Narcís centre from Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 11:20 am.
